Secure communication
Once a report has been made the person dealing with it will probably need to chat further with the reporter as part of the ongoing resolution process.
Speak Out Now makes secure communication as easy, safe and secure as the reporting process itself!
The last thing a reporter wants - having taken such pains to report in confidence - is for a teacher or peer mentor to have to approach them in the playground, or send them an email that pops up on the screen while they are playing games round the computer with their friends.
To avoid this, Speak Out Now provides a messaging service - something like a cross between email and Windows Messenger - to allow the conversation to continue privately within the Speak Out System, and on the reporter's terms.
It's a simple but brilliant idea!
