We are pleased to announce...

...that in response to feedback from many schools WE HAVE LAUNCHED VERSION 3 of the Speak Out Now system.

Schools will automatically benefit from the enhanced functionality of the new version upgrade.

We trust the new version will further enhance the usefulness of the system and continue to make a real difference in schools.

Speak Out Now Version 3 launched

The headline functionality improvements for Version 3 are as follows...

1.      Revamped roles and permissions system to allow multiple Anti-Bullying Principals (ABP’s) and super-flexible assignment of Anti Bullying Coordinators (ABCs) to vertical or horizontal groups - even to a single class level. E.g. you can now assign different ABP’s (with oversight of all incidents) to specific year groups or houses and their ABC’s can be aligned to that year group or house also so that you can assign multiple, self contained reporting structures across the school.

2.      Incident Data Export, so data can now be used back in SIMS. E.g. many customers wanted to use SIMs as a single repository for all behavioural records and this is now possible.

3.      Second security tier to allow teacher and/or administrator access only from specified domains, IP addresses, or IP ranges. We already have a very secure system but adding a second security tier is both “belt and braces”.

4.      Revamped reporting section with graphical outputs to enhance overall reporting capability. You will be able to see graphical and numerical reporting against all of the key criteria. This will enhance the strategic value of the information, highlighting any areas which require review and planning.

5.      Brand new intuitive graphical teacher's and administrator's interfaces - but don't worry, there's nothing new to learn, it will be instantly usable by anybody who has used Version 2.

6.      Intuitive two-pane school browser, with tree-view on the left and details on the right.

7.      Many small improvements to usability and stability.
